ILGISA is a professional association
of individuals, lead by an elected board of directors, who
use GIS in their work. Primarily working for government agencies,
members include those who are in management positions, as
well as those who hold more technical jobs. As a not-for-profit
association, we strive to provide high quality, low cost programs
which keep our membership informed and help them to continue
to develop professionally. Included in our membership are:
- resource conservationists
- planners
- county engineers
- land surveyors
- university professors
- soil scientists
- cartographers
- engineers
- GIS managers
- assessors
and many others who use GIS in their daily work.
